| Cpt. Buster Cooper

Buster Cooper is a 22-year veteran of the fire service. He is currently a Captain assigned to the training division with the Conway (AR) Fire Dept. He is a past Chief and firefighter with the Lower Ridge VFD. Cooper is a state certified firefighter I & II, Officer I, EMT, Hazardous Materials Technician, Instructor I and is a member of the Technical Rescue Team. He is an adjunct instructor for the Arkansas Fire Academy, and has been lead instructor for CFD Fire College, Forcible Entry, Firefighter MayDay, and Ventilation programs, and a prior Rescue 3 Instructor.

| Asst. Chief Doug Coney

Doug Coney is a 26 year veteran of the fire service. He is currently the Assistant Fire Chief of Operations with the Little Rock (AR) Fire Dept. He is an IFSAC certified Instructor, Adjunct Instructor with the Arkansas Fire Academy, State certified EMT, Hazardous Materials Technician and a prior Rescue 3 Swiftwater Instructor. He has been a lead instructor for the LRFD firefighter survival school.

Tony Springer is a 24 year veteran of the fire service, both volunteer and career. He is currently a Captain assigned to Truck 7 with the Little Rock (AR) Fire Department. He is an IFSAC certified Instructor, EMT, Hazardous Materials Technician, and a prior Rescue 3 Instructor. He has been a Lead Instructor at the Pulaski County Fire School, and a Lead Instructor for the LRFD Firefighter Survival School.
